Fremaux Town Center, the 350-acre retail center located in Slidell, announced that four new businesses are joining the existing retail tenants.
Skechers shoe store will take up 9,000 square feet of space next to Rock’N Roll Sushi.
Spencer’s gifts opened a 3,500 square feet location next to Torrid.
Taiwanese teas store Ding Tea will open a 1,793 square foot space between Journeys and European Wax Center.
Lendmark Financial Services will move into a 1,200 square foot space next to Chico’s.
Fremaux Town Center is jointly owned by Stirling Properties and CBL Properties. Ryan Pécot with Stirling Properties represented the landlord in the new lease transactions.
Fremaux Town Center, anchored by Dillard’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s and Best Buy, is a roughly 350-acre regional mixed-use development located at the southwest corner of Interstate 10 and Fremaux Avenue in Slidell, Louisiana. The center includes approximately 640,000 square feet of retail and restaurant options, as well as Retreat at Fremaux Town Center’s 296 luxury residential apartment units, and Springhill Suites by Marriott now under construction. Additional phases are coming soon with added residential, retail, and office park.
