The development will feature over 20,000-square feet of luxury apartments and will be mostly two-bedroom, two-bath rentals with 25 parking spaces. Narinder Gupta purchased the building through his company, 217 South Rendon LLC, for $360,500 in July.
Narinder Gupta told the Mid-City Messenger that he’s completed other developments in the city and said the development also carries a level of personal importance as his two son plan to live there when it’s complete.
