After being purchased earlier this year, the Executive Office Tower, a 184,608-square-foot, 14-story high-rise at 3500 North Causeway Blvd. has announced that renovations were recently completed.
Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors Inc. and Metairie-based Property One Inc. purchased the property together through Esplanade 2018 Partners LLC. Renovations included remodeled elevators and upgrades to the common areas.
The office space is currently being marketed for $19.5 per square foot, up from $18 prior to the renovation.
The Class B building was built in 1972. It is the fourth tallest building in Metairie at 204 feet tall.
