The Mid-Town Hotel New Orleans, the run down hotel located at 3900 Tulane Avenue, is for sale again, just after it was bought a year ago by an out of state purchaser, reports Mid-City Messenger.

According to the article, Arizona-based M&S Hospitality company purchased the building last October for $1.7 million.  Now, they have it on the market for $3.8 million!

Pretty nice return for not doing anything to the property and letting it sit for 12 months.
