Plans have been filed by developer Gordon Kolb of GHK Developments for a new Walgreens development in New Orleans East.
The new store will be located at 5702 Crowder Blvd and feature a drive-through pharmacy. The proposed structure will have almost 15,000 square feet, and 52 parking spaces.
G.H.K. Developments, Inc. has developed almost three million square feet of gross leasable area for Walgreens over the years.
