The Après Lounge is a new cocktail and champagne lounge on Fulton Street.  According to the owners, its the city’s first “ultra champagne/sparkling wine lounge”, designed to be an upscale ambiance with the “sexiness, elegance and excitement that you deserve.”   Apres is going in at 608 Fulton Street, right near Ruth’s Chris, Aiden Gill, Mannings, and the new 18,000 sf Fulton Alley.  Hopefully it doesn’t cater to the “roided up crowd” as one commentator so nicely put it.
