Earlier this week plans were filed with the city for construction of the first phase of Tulane’s River and Coastal Center.
Description of the project according to permit application:
“New construction of a coastal and river research center for Tulane University at the Robin St Warf per plans. (classrooms, forum for conferences) ”
Here’s a view of what the location looks like today:
Estimated construction cost for the project is $3 Million.
Landis Construction is the contractor on the project, while Eskew Dumez and Ripple are the architects.
