Two Gretna apartment buildings have been purchased by an Alabama company for $56 million, according to The Advocate.
The Cedarwood Apartments at 2350 Park Place and Baywood East and West Apartments at 500 Wall Blvd. were sold by California-based Delta Alliance Capital Management to Mobile-based Multifamily Management Inc.
Both complexes are at 93% occupancy, with Cedarwood at 226 units and Baywood at 514 units.
