The Windsor Court Hotel, one of the nicest and most expensive hotels in the city, is getting a $15 million upgrade.
The $15 million will be spent to upgrade its 316 guest rooms, modernize its lounge and 3,700 square foot ball room, and go towards the addition of a new pool bar. The guest rooms themselves will get new furniture,flooring, lighting and bathrooms.
Broadmoor is the general contractor, Moncur Design Associates and Flick Mars are the designers, and the work should be complete by October. 2012 was the last time the hotel was renovated.
