The $200 million, 92-acre business park on the North Shore called the Versailles Business Center will have its grand opening this Wednesday.
Covington-based Gulf States Real Estate Services closed on the land in June 2015, and at the time said they envisioned a CBD-like development that will house office, retail, residential, medical and hospitals.
Construction began in September 2015, and the development comes with an estimated $200 million price tag.
Michael Saucier and Terry Blackwell, both of Gulf States Real Estate Services, are the developers on the project.
Several of the lots are already sold and scheduled for development, including the expansion for Global Star’s corporate headquarters.
Versailles sits at the northwest corner of Interstate 12 and Highway 190.
