A new phase of the now $250 million “live, work, play” Clearview City Center project has been announced: a five-story, $55 million apartment complex dubbed “The Metro at Clearview.” The building will feature 270 units that average 925 square feet in space and cost between $1,500 and $3,000 per month.
Atlanta-based Audubon is the developer, in partnership with the Richard’s family, which is the owner and master developer of Clearview City Center. Audubon owns and operates multifamily properties including the American Can apartments in Mid-City.
The project will feature two courtyards, a resort-style pool and cabanas, a yoga lawn, lounge area, grilling stations, sitting area, a Zen garden, a 2,000-square-foot clubroom, a catering kitchen, a fully furnished fitness center and a sky lounge.
The redevelopment of the Clearview Mall was announced in 2019 and broke ground earlier this year. The project will also feature an Ochsner Health “super clinic” and a Regions Bank branch.
