88 Algiers Acres on the Market for $1.76 Million

A former navy air field, which clocks in at 88 acres, is for sale on the lower coast of Algiers.

Corporate Realty reports that the available space is currently a cleared tract of land that can be used in a number of ways, such as subdivided and built out or used as a private lot for country living.

The property is listed at $1,760,000 and is zoned RS-1, or Residential Single-Unit District, just eight miles out from the Central Business District. The site is surrounded by Patterson Road on the north side, Delacroix Road towards the south and east, Willow Drive on the west, and Stanton Road on the north and west sides.
