Fifth District Savings Bank, the owner of the vacant land at 425 Harrison Avenue, is planning a new bank branch and retail center.
Based on applications submitted to the City, the bank’s plans call for two smaller buildings of less than 4,000 square feet each. Fifth District Savings Bank will occupy the first floor of one of the buildings, with the second floor available for lease as professional office. The other building will be available for lease for light retail or professional office.
The bank is also requesting a conditional use to permit a drive-through facility for a drive-up teller window. Off-street parking will be provided.
Scairono Martinez Architects is the architects of record.
