The Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Louisiana chapter puts together great events and programming on the latest developments around town. The ULI has two events coming up with great projects to check out: MK Red’s Bakers Row and Domain Co.’s The Standard.
The Baker’s Row event will take place September 14 at 2413 Dauphine Street. The MK Red project features eight beautiful, modern three-story condos with off street parking and shared outdoor community space. Each unit features two bedrooms and two and a half baths along with two private outdoor living spaces. Developers Kyle Resmondo and Michael Bosio of MK RED will host and talk about their challenges and triumphs during this 2.5-year project.
The Standard event will involve an in-depth look at the new $80 million, 89-unit luxury condominium building currently under construction. The project will feature great downtown views and 30,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor amenity space, which include a pool house, deck, private cabanas, outdoor kitchen, entertainment club house, pet play area and fitness center. Residences will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, solid white oak flooring, walnut cabinetry, marble countertops, all which come standard with each unit. The ground floor of the building will be anchored by 24,000 square feet of retail, complementing the existing retail and restaurant spaces in the bustling South Market and Warehouse Districts. Morris Adjmi is the architect and Domain Companies the developer.
