Adolfo Garcia’s (Gusto, Ancorra, High Hat Cafe, La Boca) newest restaurant concept is slated to open in April at 1800 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd.
Primitivo is expected to be a heavily meat focused restaurant and have a custom-built oven at the center of an open kitchen which will be used as a grill. Primitivo is just the latest example of the renaissance of OC Haley.
Prior to Primitivo, 1800 OC Haley was used as a daycare. Garcia bought the building in August 2013.
