Construction of the luxury mid-rise condos at 425 Notre Dame Street is moving along nicely, as you can see in the photos below.
425 Notre Dame will include 47 luxury units ranging from one to four bedrooms, with a ton of amenities including a and a rooftop dog park, 24-hour doorman, a backup generator, swimming pool and pool deck, concierge services, a conference room, and work spaces.
Units are going for $500 to $650 per square foot for a new condo. Check out the construction progress below.
