Corporate Realty AdCorporate Realty, the New Orleans-based real estate brokerage and management firm, recently closed major deals for three law firms totaling more than 110,000 square feet.

Corporate Realty President Mike Siegel represented Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann in an office relocation and new long term lease of a minimum of 43,000 sf in the First Bank & Trust Tower in New Orleans.  Stone Pigman has been in their current offices at 546 Carondelet St. for decades, and is one of the last law firms to move from a historic building to more traditional Class A space.  Word on the street is that the Domain Companies have leased the entire building and are planning a new hotel under one of the Ace brands (the property is next to the Ace).  More on that to come…

Mike Siegel and Randy White represented Breazeale Sachse & Wilson in a long term lease extension of 42,000 sf in One American Place in Baton Rouge.

Mike Siegel and Donna Whalen Little represented Liskow & Lewis in a lease renegotiation and extension of 32,000 sf in the First City Tower in Houston.

Corporate Realty has a strong base in office leasing, and publishes the New Orleans Office Leasing Report several times each year.

Corporate Realty has also been on a tear in sales and retail leasing, representing the Times-Picayune on the sale of its former headquarters, the leasing of commercial space at the Faubourrg Freret, and the new construction retail in the 5000 block of Freret, among many others.
