Jaeger Adds New French Quarter Hotel To Portfolio

Metairie-based hospitality management company J Collection, owned by investor Joe Jaeger, announced a new hotel in its portfolio, Le Richelieu in the French Quarter.

Le Richelieu has 90 keys, including 16 suites, and is spread over two historic buildings. The hotel is named for Cardinal Armand Jean du Plessis, Duke of Richelieu and Louis XIII’s chief minister in 1624.

Le Richelieu is the 17th hotel to join the J Collection, formerly branded as the New Orleans Hotel Collection.

The J Collection also includes the Bourbon Orleans Hotel, The Jung Hotel & Residences, Hotel Mazarin, Hotel Le Marais, Dauphine Orleans, Melrose Mansion, Audubon Cottages, The Whitney Hotel, Maison Dupuy Hotel, Historic Streetcar Inn, Chateau Hotel, Hotel Royal, French Quarter Suites, New Orleans Courtyard Hotel and the Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport.
