Corporate Realty announced this week that it was selected to provide property management services for the Exchange Centre at 935 Gravier in New Orleans, along with the 2400 Veterans Blvd. Building in Kenner. The properties, with a combined square footage of 488,000 square feet are owed by local investor, Kingfish Development.

“We appreciate Kingfish’s confidence in our firm to provide the exceptional property management services Corporate Realty is known for in our market. Our goal is to add value to every client’s investment while assuring their tenants the best in customer service” said Maureen Clary, Director of Asset Management for Corporate Realty, Inc., in a written statement.

In 2010, Kingfish Development principals Uhalt and Steven O. Medo III purchased the vacant 380,000 square foot twenty-one story office tower (formerly Chevron’s Gulf South Headquarters, now the Exchange Center) and in just a few years brought the once vacant building to 80% occupancy.

Kingfish acquired 2400 Veterans, known as the Rault Building, in 2014.  It is one of Kenner’s nicest office buildings.
