Corporate Realty topped the list of New Orleans firms and agents honored to be included in the 2013 Power Broker Awards by the CoStar Group.

CoStar Group is a commercial real estate research firm that gives out annual awards to firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2013 in their respective markets.

Corporate Realty topped the list with 7 separate mentions, including Top Leasing Firm and Top Sales Firm.  Colleen Berthelot, Jeff Cohn and Randy White were named “Top Office Leasing Brokers,” Jonathan Fawer was named a “Top Retail Leasing Brokers” and Jonathan Fawer  and Hayden Wren were named “Top Sales Brokers” for 2013.

Other New Orleans firms included Beau Box Commercial Real Estate, Max J. Derbes, Inc. Realtors, NAI Latter & Blum, SRSA Commercial Real Estate, Inc. , Larry G. Schedler & Associates, Inc., RE/MAX Commercial Brokers, Inc., and Talbot Realty Group.
