The “fanciest Waffle House ever built” is coming to 2500 Canal Street, near the new medical campus.
The new restaurant will include a 420 square-feet “bistro courtyard.” According to Waffle House real estate executive Bob Pence, no other Waffle House in America has a feature like this one.
