Feil Buys Tulane Avenue Property For $5.6 Million

New York developer Jeffrey Feil has purchased a former Dixie Brewing Co. warehouse at 2537 Tulane Ave. for $5.6 million.

Feil acquired the site from Kendra Bruno on April 11, Orleans Parish civil court records show.  The 73,000 square foot lot includes the 48,000 square foot former Dixie Brewing warehouse.

Feil’s firm, the Feil Organization, owns and develops real estate across the nation, and has significant holdings in the New Orleans area.  His property includes Lakeside Shopping Center the vacant parcels along Jefferson Highway that will be transformed into the new Oschner Medical Complex.
