Engel & Völkers, the German-based premium real estate brokerage, has announced its second location in greater New Orleans.

The new office is located at 601 Julia St. and owned by franchisees Joyce Delery, Anne Delery Comarda and Marty Brantley.

The trio announced the first franchise in Louisiana in May 2016, which is located at 722 Martin Behrman Avenue in Metairie.  At the time, they ran Delery Comarda Realtors, a leading boutique real estate firm serving New Orleans and the surrounding areas with 42 real estate advisors.

“Market trends suggest that 2017 is poised to be a strong year for the premium New Orleans residential real estate market,” Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America, said in a statement. “With the Louisiana economy and real estate markets positioned for growth, we are excited to have a significant presence across the state. Our New Orleans Historic shop is well connected to our network of shops in Louisiana and around the world.”

The company operates a global network of over 8,000 real estate advisors in more than 700 brokerages spanning 36 countries across five continents.  They recently opened new locations in Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, Aspen, and in Canada, Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto.
