Giant NorthLake Shopping Center in Mandeville Sells to Austin Company

Northlake Shopping Center in Mandeville was purchased by Epic Real Estate Partners LLC, an Austin-based real estate group

The 166,371-square-foot retail center is located at a crucial location at the corner of Highway 190 and Highway 22. There are reportedly 21 leases in place, some of which extend to 2040. The property is anchored by Fresh Market, Stage, Office Depoit, and PetSmart.

Epic Real Estate Partners was founded in 2012, and focused on purchasing buying grocery-anchored and power centers nationwide. They have $400 million in properties purchased, managed, or developed. This appears to be their first property in Louisiana.

Larry Rabin and Mike Siegel, of Corporate Realty represented the seller, Northlake Partners LLC, and Steve Reisig and Kirsten Early of SRSA Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the buyer.
