Gulf States Real Estate Services now runs the leasing, sales and management for The Pinnacle at Nord du Lac Shopping Center in Covington, reports nola.com.

Pinnacle at Nord du Lac is a 300,000 square foot retail center that currently includes tenants Academy Sports and Outdoors, Kohl’s, Kirklands, Petco, Hobby Lobby, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel.  The shopping center is owned by MAA out of Memphis.

Gulf States President Mike Saucier told Nola.com that he envisions a “town center-type” retail development for the site in the future.

Gulf States is also the developer behind the $200 million, 92 acre mixed-use park in Covington.
