The CHR Partners Proposal

New York based CHR Partners, led by developer Yoel Shargian, plans a $245 million renovation after purchasing the property from the State for $30 million.  SHR has proposed building 600 apartments, housing for medical students; an extended stay hotel; 70,000-square-foot biomedical training facility; 60,000 square feet of retail space and parking.  The team also includes New Orleans developer Joseph Stebbins of CCNO Development, John C.
