A new hookah bar called Vandal Hookah Lounge will open soon in the former Treo cocktail bar building at 3835 Tulane Avenue according to our friends at Mid City Messenger.
The former owners of Treo sold the building in February to an entity owned by Raouf Mousa and Ash Salem, partners in the Hookah concept.
The lounge will feature the ability to smoke flavored tobacco from water pipes will also serve alcohol and light food.
