It looks like IberiaBank will be opening a new branch on O.C. Haley Blvd, according to records filed with the city.

A building permit was filed by A-1 Signs, Inc. of Metairie to build a $10,000 sign for IberiaBank at 1409 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd.

The signage would include the installation of  one set of illuminated channel letters – 1’8” x 13’-11”, one set of non-illuminated channel letters – 7’ x 5’ and two sets under the canopy hanging signs – 1’ x 4’. The signs will all read ” Iberia Bank”.

The IberiaBank space is in the Harrell Building, which is owned and was developed by the Gulf Coast Housing Partnership (GCHP). The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority provided some funding for the project and currently houses its headquarters in the property.  The space was recently listed for $13-$15/sf.

The 20,000 square foot development was finished in 2012 and came with a $21 million price tag.

Check out the sign designs below.
