According to several listings, it looks like the owners of 3823 Magazine Street are looking to lease the 3,450 square foot property for $25 per square foot on a triple net basis.
We found new architectural drawings filed with the city that show a completely renovated building into what looks like a high-end space for retail or possibly an art gallery.
A tipster pointed us in the direction of some facade renderings at Albert Architecture…and what do you know – one of them shows a J Crew retail store!
Could it be? Is J Crew coming to Magazine Street?
