Latter & Blum Inc.’s acquisition spree continues with the acquisition/merger of Baton Rouge-based Donnie Jarreau Real Estate to expand their commercial brokerage.  The new affiliate will keep the name NAI/Latter & Blum – Donnie Jarreau.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the merger adds 10 new agents to the company’s commercial brokerage in Baton Rouge.

Latter & Blum characterized the acquisition as a component of their massive growth strategy, where they’ve acquired a half-dozen brokerages over the past three years.

Latter & Blum acquired a firm in Houma this year, a Lake Charles firm in 2014, and a Houston firm last year that literally doubled the size of the company.  As of 2015, it was the 33rd biggest brokerage nationwide.
