Plans were filed with the city last week for a renovation of 628 Baronne Street. Expect more street level commercial with apartments above.
Also, 628 Baronne Street was the site of a massive fire in 2010 . Stabilization of the buildings facade and ground work has been ongoing.
Permit description:
“Interior build-out of 10 new apartment units on floors 2, 3 and 4. Floor 1 to be a “white box” for future commercial tenant to be permitted separately. Exterior repairs as per HDLC approval.”
