Developer Ley Line Development has announced the soon-to-open Catahoula Hotel at 914 Union Street.  The hotel will be a 35 key boutqiue hotel with a focus on food and drinks.

The three-story Catahoula Hotel will feature a rooftop tiki bar, and a kitchen with a Peruvian menu helmed by Dana Honn, the chef at Carmo.

The hotel comes from the conversion of a pair of historic buildings at 914 Union St.
