The redevelopment of the former World Trade Center in to a $360 million Four Seasons is moving forward after a variety of lawsuits that delayed the project for years has been resolved.
Developer Carpenter & Co. of Cambridge, Mass. is moving forward with the development and plans to break ground this fall. Carpenter has teamed with Woodward Interests to develop the 33 story building in to 400 room and 80 condos.
The project will also include restaurants, an outdoor dining courtyard, 35,000 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool deck, an observation deck on the 33rd floor, and a cultural attraction.
