The new hotel in the former Max Barnett Furniture Store will feature 234 rooms with rates from $189 and up.

Developer Domain Companies purchased the building in 2013 for $5.4 million according to city records.

The hotel will feature a restaurant by James Beard finalists Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman from Memphis, and Stumptown Coffee branch.
