Last we heard, Oak Street Lofts developer George Fowler’s request to demolish a building to make way for the new condo and gym complex was approved back in August, clearing the way for the proposed development to begin construction.
It now looks like the project is well underway.
Th Oak Street Loft development at 8616 Oak Street consists of a 4 story, 22 condo building development with 1600 square feet of commercial space on the first floor.
Feel free to check out our previous coverage of the original proposed development, the demolition request history, and the neighborhood issues and approval.
Architect Charles Neyrey’s (of M2 Studio) plans for the project are finally available, and we’ve included most of them below for you to check out.
