The Poeyfarre Market at 925 Poeyfarre Street plans to build a second location in the same neighborhood at 333 Julia Street, according to a letter dated July 3 sent to neighbors.

The developer, Nesbit Clesi LLC, has an option to lease or purchase the retail space.  The owners are Beau, Nicholas and Frankie Nesbit.  The name of the new store would be Nesbit’s Julia Street Market.

The store would be 1,140 square feet and feature “ready-to-go meals, grocery items, wine, beer and liquor.” Hours of operation would be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day.

The project is seeking a conditional use under the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to sell alcohol.

The community meeting is set for 920 Poeyfarre St. on July 17 at 2:30 p.m.
