The development includes six one-bedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units and three units with three bedrooms. The apartments will range in size from 900 to 1,600 square feet and are being designed for above market rate rents.
Canal Street Beat visited the finished property a few weeks ago. At the time, there were six units left, mostly two bedroom apartments. Now, there are only four units left: one 1-bedroom and three 2-bedrooms units ranging from $2,050 to $3,950.
Many of the units include private outdoor space and unique floor plans with historic features in each. Other amenities include access to a gym, courtyard, outdoor grill, parking and more.
