The Domain Co.’s, developer of the South Market District, will break ground on the new $100 million apartment tower called the Odeon in May. The tower will be constructed on the surface parking lot on Loyola Avenue between Julia and Girod streets.
The Odeon will be a 414,000-square-foot tower with 271 apartments, ground-floor retail, three floors of off-street parking, a pool and a fitness center. You can check out the design and renderings here.
The Odeon is the sixth building in the development cluster known as the South Market District developed by Domain. The district also includes the $80 million high -end condo project The Standard, $75 million Ace Hotel, the $48 million Paramount apartments, the $40 million Beacon apartments, and the 445-space parking garage with retail including Arhaus and CVS.
