Canal Street Beat is partnering with MK RED for the fourth Property Showcase event highlighting Baker’s Row, the new luxury development in the Marigny. CSB’s Property Showcase events are a monthly series designed to exhibit new developments and interesting properties in New Orleans.
Located in the heart of the Marigny at 2413-21 Dauphine Street, Baker’s Row is an eight unit luxury condominium development. The design includes eight off street parking spaces, gated entry, communal outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge, and a hot tub (check out some of the renderings here and site plan here).
This event will take place Wednesday, November 16 from 6-8pm on site, and will be an chance to see several of the three story units, each with individual courtyards, an open floor plan configuration, five foot porches and balconies, and 32′ glass walls. We’ve seen the project, and developer MK RED did a first class job with the design and build out.
Neighbors, entrepreneurs, professionals, business people, press, and the real estate community are all invited to attend. The purpose of the event is to showcase new developments, hear directly from the developers, and bring together community, and motivated people interested in real estate, urban planning, and community development.
