Developers Patrick Russo and John Stewart have proposed building a new three-story medical office building on the empty lot at 5243 Canal Boulevard.
Plans call for a 22,000 square foot office building with retail and a pharmacy. Since its over 5,000 square feet, the developers need a conditional use from the city. The office building will consist of 24 medical exam rooms, the pharmacy will be 3,400 square feet, and the site will have 27 parking spaces.
The project has been named the Lakeview Medical Clinic.
Greenleaf Lawson Architects is the architect. The team is holding a public forum Wednesday, April 4 at 5:30 p.m. at Rosedale Restaurant, 801 Rosedale Dr. Check out the plans below, and stay tuned for more information.
