1532 Tulane Partners, a joint venture between New York-based El Ad U.S. Holdings and New Orleans-based CCNO Development Inc., has announced more details around its $564 million plan to redevelop the Charity Hospital Complex.

Their plan calls for a mix of market rate apartment, affordable apartments, retail, and office space, and include Tulane University as an anchor tenant.

Among other things, the team recently announced its intention to focus on inclusive development for low and moderate income people and to take advantage of the “Spirit of Charity” district that’s been proposed from an incentive standpoint.
