516 Natchez StreetNew Orleans-based Felicity Property Co. is currently leasing units in the brand new, fully renovated Greek Revival Building in the heart of downtown at 516 Natchez Street.

The developer, Patrick Schindler, who is also President of Felicity Property, received historic tax credits for the renovation and kept maybe of the building’s original features while adding modern touches throughout the interior.

Units at 516 Natchez come complete with a stainless steel appliance package, top of the line, stylish kitchens and baths, hardwood flooring throughout, and water, gas and garbage collection included.

The development, nestled in between Camp and Magazine, is a block from Poydras Avenue, and a few blocks from Canal Street. Walkscore, the platform that tells you how walkable your address is, even gave 516 Natchez a 97 out of 100.

Four of the six units have already been rented out. The remaining units are a 1bed/1bath at 850 square feet, and a 2bed/2.5 bath at 1,362 square feet. The 2 bedroom, priced at $3,550, is the second floor unit that comes equipped with a private balcony that faces Poydras. The 1 bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Priced at $2,450, the future tenant will have a secured elevator that opens right up into the unit.

Schindler is also the developer behind the beautiful luxury condos at 5940 Magazine Street.

Felicity Property, known for its luxury rentals and homes, held an open house earlier this week and invited Canal Street Beat along for a full tour. See the units below:
