Canal Street Beat partnered with luxury apartment project May & Ellis for a fantastic Property Showcase Series at the end of September.

The event was fantastic, with over 100+ people showing up to check out the brand new development.

Located on Chartres Street in the French Quarter less than two blocks from Canal Street, the May & Ellis is a one of a kind beautiful historic renovation featuring exposed heavy timber beams, 11-12 foot ceilings, and light-filled apartments with a contemporary aesthetic. The building features a landscaped rooftop terrace and lounge with river and city views.

Developers Clayton Randle and David Hecht shared their development story, and showcased everything that went in to the historic renovation.

We’ve got some pics of the event and the development, included below.
