Construction of the new, nearly $1 billion New Orleans airport is moving right along, with the project on schedule, a new $110 million terminal recently added to the plans, and new restaurant and food hall operators announced.
And just last week, the city announced the “topping out” of the North Terminal, where workers finished placing steel at the building’s highest point.

Construction is expected to be complete in early 2019.
