HMS Architects submitted plans to renovate 822 Howard Avenue on August 19th. Here’s the description of the project according to the application filed:
“Renovation of and addition to existing building to convert to 17 unit multi-family dwelling as per plans and HDLC and BZA Approval: 1st floor – 5 units [#101-105]; 2nd floor – 4 units [#201-204]; 3rd floor – 5 units [#301-305]; 4th floor – 3 units [#401-403].”
Also, according to the permit renovation cost are expected to be around $2,350,000. Total size of project is 23,800 sqft.
822 Howard LLC is the developer of the project while the contractor is DEI Contractors LLC of Metairie.
