A new Hotel (with a few condos on the top floor and retail/restaurant space on the ground level) has been proposed for 744 St Charles Avenue. Before any construction can begin, the project will need to get a height waiver from the city council ( certainly no small task). Assuming the project receives all its necessary approvals, here’s a preliminary look at what we can expect.

Architect is Campo Architects.

Owner is D-Barlo LLC.
