Austin-Texas based developers Lisa Marie Boe and Rene Juan Salmon filed plans to build a mixed-use development at 3987 Tchoupitoulas Street.

The development would be 3 stories high.  The first floor would feature retail for two tenants, with floors two and three housing a combined three residential units.  The residential units would have access to balconies and courtyards.

The developers are seeking a variance from the Board of Zoning Adjustments to permit the construction of a multi-family residence with insufficient off-street parking.  Current plans only contains three off-street parking spaces.

The design looks really nice.  Christopher E. Johnson Architect, LLC is the architect of record.
