According to plans filed with the City, a new bicycle shop and restaurant is coming to 601 Baronne Street, called Rouler, run by founder and creative director Weston McWhorter.
The proposed business would feature a sub-49 seat restaurant, freestanding bar and counter space as well as retail displays. Bicycles would hang from the ceilings. From what we can tell, Rouler looks like a pretty awesome space for bicycle enthusiasts and fitness folks.
The renovation of the currently vacant space includes general painting, plumbing, and electric work, and a full build out of the restaurant and bar. The space was listed for $28 NNN in a listing six months ago.
601 Baronne Street is now a condominium development. The building was originally built in 1910, and was converted to condos in 1999.
