Quality Inn Downtown Sells For $9 Million ($90,000/Key)

According to Orleans Parish records, the Quality Inn at 210 O’Keefe Avenue was sold for $9 million on November 4, 2014.

The hotel has 100 rooms, putting the deal at $90,000/key.  The hotel sits at 59,127 square feet, 10 stories, and has a leased Subway franchise on the bottom floor.

It was originally constructed in 1956 as the Maryland Casualty Building and contains no on-site parking.

The buyers are Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group.

The seller was Louisiana Hotel, LLC, which had purchased the property in 1998 for $425,000.
