The Developer also recently closed on the sale of 1.13 acres at $19.00 per square foot to the ownership of Panera Bread for its Fremaux Town Center location and scheduled to open April 2014. Once complete, the 80+ acre Fremaux Town Center will consist of two phases. Phase II will include up to 320,000 square feet of additional retail space anchored by Dillard’s and is scheduled to open in Spring 2015.
Tonight the Slidell City Council will vote on whether to issue up to $6 Million in bonds to help finance the project.
